Prices
are in SFr and do not include Tax, package and postage. All payments
are due in SFr, other currencies are only indicative and may vary
depending on exchange rates.

When
ordering handmade ceramics please be aware that small differences
in colour and shape may occur; such differences are a desirable
quality distinguishing crafts from industrially produced ware.

A
bank guarantee is required for orders of 2o'ooo SFr. and over.

All
orders are to be paid on a 'cash on delivery' basis (COD). This
service is not available for all countries (USA and Australia for
ex); in this case a pre payment is required.

A
5o% caution is to be paid when ordering custom made ware, the balance
is due on delivery of the goods on a 'cash on delivery' basis. The
caution is based on the total of the order including packing fees.

Packing
fees of 2.5% are added to all orders; overseas shipping needing
special packaging are quoted, and fees are to be pre paid. Eventual
differences are balanced on the final invoice.

Transport
is not included in the prices. Small orders are sent by post, state
if a priority service is required. Large orders are sent with our
usual freight forwarder. A quoting will be supplied. If you intend
to use a freight forwarder of your choice, the total invoice will
have to be pre paid 5 work days before collecting date.

Tax
is not included in the catalogue prices. For export ware, tax is
added by customs at local rates.

Estimated
transport fees and tax are only indicative and are subject to changes.

Due
to long production times allow at least 12 weeks delivery for all
items not available on stock at time of order. Large orders or special
may take longer.

Firing
in the kiln is a central stage in the making of ceramics; it is
a fascinating process that cannot be totally controlled, and may
imply unpredictable delays. If delay should occur, your order cannot
be withdrawn and no claim for damage or refund will be taken into
account.

Uncollected
orders are invoiced on the date of the failed delivery and are due
for payment within 3o days.

The
ware remains our property until completed payment.

We
reserve the right to change shapes, shades and prices at any time;
we will inform you of eventual changes.

Any
dispute arising in the context of your order is ruled by Swiss law
with Zurich as place of jurisdiction.
