Large or special orders may take longer. Firing in the kiln is a central stage in the making of ceramics. It is a fascinating process that cannot be totally controlled, and may imply unpredictable delay. If delay occurs, your order cannot be withdrawn and no claim for damage or refund will be taken into account. When ordering handmade ceramics please be aware that small differences in colour and shape may occur; such differences are a desirable quality distinguishing crafts from industrially produced ware. A 5o% caution is to be paid when ordering custom made ware, the balance is to be paid by delivery. By delivery per post or by Freight Forwarder, full payment is required before we release the ware. A bank guarantee is required for orders of 2o'ooo SFr. an over. Packing fees of 2.5% are added to all orders not to be collected in our premises; overseas shipping needing special packaging will be quoted, and fees are to be fully pre paid by order confirmation. Eventual differences are balanced on the final invoice. Transport is not included in the prices and must be paid before delivery. Small orders are sent by post, state if a priority service is required. Large orders are sent with our usual freight forwarder. A quoting will be supplied. If you intend to use a freight forwarder of your choice, please inform us ahead. The total invoice including transpot fees ought to be pre paid 5 working days prior collection. We reserve the right not to deliver the ware if payment has not occured. Estimated transport fees are only indicative and are subject to changes; eventual differences are balanced on the final invoice. Tax is not included in the catalogue prices. Swiss Tax amounts to 7.6% of the prices. For deliveries outside of Switzerland, tax may be added by customs at local rates. Please check before making your order. Uncollected orders are invoiced on the date of failed delivery and are due for payment within 3o days. The ware remains our property until completed payment. We reserve the right to change shapes, shades and prices at any time. Any dispute is ruled by Swiss law with Zurich as place of jurisdiction.
